I was able to work closely with Joe and learned how he approaches problems, opportunities, and challenges. I watched him skillfully work through political, technical and emotional issues to deliver on necessary change. Joe understands how to lead the mechanical side of projects and policy, but more importantly the art of change.
Above all, I was impressed with Joe’s integrity, strong work ethic and values. Joe has very high standards and holds his team to them. And, of course, he is a true professional. Joe would be an asset for any organization and comes with my heartfelt recommendation.
As with any group, conflict arose, Joe was not only a facilitator, but a voice of reason and offered innovative and creative solutions that provided a balance for differing opinions. Joe is a role model for communication and diplomacy. I hope I have an opportunity to partner with him in the future.
Joe has an entrepreneurial spirit that guides him to actively seek out change with the best interest of the organization. He has a mindset that embraces critical questioning, innovation, service, and continuous improvement.
I had the fortune and pleasure to work with Joe for five years in Finance and Administration at Southern New Hampshire University. He successfully led our Finance team and many projects at SNHU through extraordinary growth, identified opportunities and gaps while guiding the team and impacting the university to address those on all fronts.
